Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University in India.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer operations with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute (WPM) in English on a computer.
- Age Limit (as on 01 September 2026):
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 30 years
- Standard age relaxation applies for SC/ST/OBC (NCL), PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and departmental candidates as per rules.
Application Fee
- General / OBC: ₹1,000/- plus bank charges
- SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen / Freedom Fighter Dependents: ₹750/- (or ₹250/- depending on fee slab per notification) plus bank charges

Selection Process & Exam Scheme
The recruitment process consists of four stages:
- Objective Type Written Test:
- General English (Comprehension & Language)
- General Aptitude & General Knowledge
- Computer Knowledge Test
- Computer Typing Speed Test:
- English typing speed of 35 WPM (10-minute test, up to 3% errors allowed).
- Descriptive Written Test (English):
- Comprehension passage, précis writing, and essay writing.
- Interview:
- Personal interview for candidates qualifying the written and typing stages.
